These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by Revvy LLC, doing business as Noctua ("Noctua," "we," "us").
Services
Noctua provides business operations consulting and managed automation services ("Services") on a subscription basis. The specific scope of each engagement is described at purchase and in onboarding documentation.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts.
- The Operations Assessment is a one-time fee, credited toward your first month on any subscription plan if you subscribe within 90 days.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to the systems and information needed to deliver the Services, and you confirm you have authority to grant that access.
Ownership
Workflows, configurations, and documentation created for you within accounts you own remain yours. Noctua retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, and tooling.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated workflows operate within guardrails agreed with you, and you remain responsible for reviewing outputs designated for your approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noctua's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Revvy LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
